FreezerCleaner PRO is the premium industrial grade, environmentally safe, solvent and methanol free, low temperature freezer cleaner. Specifically formulated for industrial food and beverage environments, FreezerCleaner PRO’s solvent free solution can be used in the extremely low temperature environments. The solution provides effective cleaning in sub-zero temperatures, eliminating costly freezer shut downs. Institutional strength, the solution saves time and labor.

Free of solvents, methanol's or other flammable materials, the solution will not adhere or spoil food stuffs. The formula is PH neutral and will not damage floors, walls. FreezerCleaner PRO removes dirt, food soils, blood, tire tread marks, ice and frost without defrosting. USDA authorized for use in federally inspected plants. SteelCleaner PRO


The World's First Environmentally Safe Detergent Additive for HCl Degrease / Pickling Baths used in Zinc Galvanization

Traditional zinc galvanization is preceded by a process of degreasing, pickling via immersion in acid (HCl or other) containing a corrosion inhibitor and a fluxing or deposition of a coating zinc chloride or ammonium type flux. Following drying the parts are immersed in the molten zinc galvanization bath for a fixed period. The coating of zinc is considered satisfactory if the appearance is white, smooth, relatively glossy and obviously adherent, usually to a thickness of 70 microns.

SteelCleaner PRO simplifies and improves steel preparation prior to actual molten zinc immersion through the addition of unique detergent agent to acid tanks resulting in a combined process.


The usage of SteelCleaner PRO eliminates the need to heat Degrease Steel Baths, as well as the need for anti-vapor and anti-corrosion agents allowing production costs to fall while improving production output by accelerating the time in which steel which needs to be degreased.
